Michael Kane of Kane Brewing and Augie Carton of Carton Brewing will be here to tell us about their craft and the brews we are enjoying. The tasting will be led by New Jersey Craft Beer.
First Course
BBQ pulled pork served atop jalepeno cornbread with cole slaw and crispy onions, paired with Kane After-Glow.
Second Course
Spinach salad topped with goat cheese, dried figs, candied nuts, and a light vinagrette, paired with Carton Boat Beer.
Third Course
Spice rubbed, roasted cornish hen served with a fruit salsa and a cheesy polenta, paired with Kane Head High.
Dessert
NY cheesecake drizzled with a raspberry coulis, paired with Carton Tippy 1.
