We are launching a series of seminars with brewer and Maloney’s bartender Ron Mahler. The sessions will run on Saturday afternoons in our private dining room. Reservations are appreciated, but walk-ins are welcome. Seats are $25 per person. *How hops affect a beer’s complexion; how and why hops are used throughout the brewing process
